Billing FAQ
What is a credit?+
1 credit = 1 website generated. Each time you generate or regenerate a website, one credit is used. Credits do not carry over after your access period ends.
Does the plan renew automatically?+
No. All plans are one-time payments. When your access period ends, your hosted websites go offline and remaining credits expire. You can buy another plan at any time.
What happens when my credits run out?+
You can no longer generate new websites, but your existing hosted websites stay online until your access period ends. Buy another plan to get more credits. Credits from multiple purchases add up, and access days extend.
Can I get a refund?+
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have used fewer than 3 credits used. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe shows the available payment methods at checkout, which typically include cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods depending on your location.
